These Chicken Burgers with Garlic-Rosemary Mayonnaise by Giada De Laurentiis are one of our favorite burgers. The mayonnaise adds the most delicious flavor, and they are a nice change from your typical beef burgers. They are very quick to assemble, and perfect for any time! You will see this recipe has almost 300 five star reviews!

Recommendations

The ground chicken I have been using has been a little wet, so I had to add some oats to my burgers last time (maybe 1/4 cup). They will be extremely sticky when you add the mayonnaise, and that is the way they should be. I also used light mayonnaise just to reduce the calories, and it works really well. Of course regular mayonnaise is also excellent.

I actually cooked mine in the air fryer for about 14 minutes total, flipping halfway through, but of course you could grill them or use a griddle.

I also like adding cheese (I used Boar’s Head white American cheese) and tomato to these burgers.
