This is perfect for that day when you will be running around and need dinner to be ready when you get home. All you will need to do is make some rice, and you are good-to-go.

Recommendations
This recipe is simple and straight-forward. Because there are only two of us, I only used one pound of chicken thighs, and I left the sauce as written, and it worked well for us. I loved that it only took about five minutes to prep everything and get it into the slow cooker. It also smelled fantastic while it was cooking, and we thought it was wonderful to eat. The lime at the end adds a nice punch of flavor, so don’t skip it.
Future Ideas/Variations
I wouldn’t change anything about this recipe.
Final thoughts
This Indian Butter Chicken is lighter than a restaurant, and absolutely delicious to eat, not to mention simple to prepare. It’s a huge win!
