Peanut Butter Monster Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups smooth peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 eggs large
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 cup miniature M&M candies
  • 1 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  • In your mixer, cream peanut butter, butter, brown and white sugar until light in color. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Add vanilla.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the oats and baking soda. Then, gradually add them to the creamed mixture.
  • Add in the M&Ms and chocolate chips, stirring until just mixed.
  • Drop by medium cookie scoops onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown.
  • You can also freeze this dough by placing cookie scoops on a cookie sheet, freezing them and then placing them in a plastic bag.
