Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
In your mixer, cream peanut butter, butter, brown and white sugar until light in color. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Add vanilla.
In a separate bowl, combine the oats and baking soda. Then, gradually add them to the creamed mixture.
Add in the M&Ms and chocolate chips, stirring until just mixed.
Drop by medium cookie scoops onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown.
You can also freeze this dough by placing cookie scoops on a cookie sheet, freezing them and then placing them in a plastic bag.
