My Thoughts on this Recipe

This Quick Ramen Noodle Stir Fry from Damn Delicious, is great for a night when you are craving take-out, but want a quick option to make at home. The Ramen has delicious flavor, and I elected to add vegetables to it, so I did not have to make a separate side, and they were a delicious addition!

Ingredients

The main ingredients are: ramen noodles, ground beef, oyster sauce, rice wine vinegar, Sriracha, toasted sesame oil, onion, garlic, ginger and green onion. View the full recipe here.

Recommendations

As I mentioned, I elected to add vegetables to this, and I would recommend doing so. I used two bell peppers and a whole head of bok choy. I browned the beef, removed it from the pan and drained the pan, and then I sauteed the vegetables with the onion until they were slightly soft. Then I added the garlic and ginger and proceeded with the recipe as written.

Next time, I would double the sauce because the vegetables doubled the size of the dish. I also left off the sesame seeds because I am not a fan.

The pan needs to be huge to allow for room for all of the noodles and vegetables, and this makes for yummy leftovers!

Future Ideas/Variations

You could definitely change up this recipe with whatever you have on hand, particularly with different types of meat/poultry or vegetables.

Final thoughts

This ramen dish is delicious, and I highly recommend making it!
